Do you have a showroom?
Yes, as well as internet shopping you can visit our fully fitted bathrooms. Our showroom is 7000 sq.ft and has over 30 displays including working displays.

What is the standard delivery time?
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery time will genrally be from 4-10 working days. However, in some circumstances deliveries maybe delayed and can take upto 30 days. Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse a Dispatch Confirmation Notice will be sent out via email.


How much is delivery?
Delivery costs will vary depending on the total amount of your order. The full delivery details can be found on the Delivery Page.


Do you have a telephone number I can call you on?
Yes, this is displayed on the right hand side of each page, but you can also contact us via email or post.

How do I return an item?

What happens if I have ordered the wrong item?
If you have ordered the wrong item or an item that doesn't fit it is down to you to return the item to us. However we would draw your attention to the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) that require you as the consumer to have honored your duty of care for the products within the cancellation period. How do I cancel an order?
You will need to contact us either by telephone or email including the order number and your full name and address. You will receive a cancellation number to confirm that your order has been cancelled. If you do not have a cancellation number then the order has not been cancelled.
